The Appalachian Mountain Club created a list of the White Mountain Four Thousand Footers (more commonly known as the New Hampshire Four Thousand Footers, or the "NH4Ks"). Each of these mountains is at least 4000 feet high and rises at least 200 feet above any ridge connecting it to a neighboring peak.
Both Alex and Sage have completed this list. Alex began her first round in June 2008 at the age of 5 and finished in August 2009 at the age of 6. Sage began her first round in February 2010 at the age of 4 and finished in November 2011 at the age of 6.
